Registration

Students are required to pay fees, register and enroll every
term throughout their program. Deadlines are posted on the
PHS website:
http://www.phs.utoronto.ca. Students who fail to do so
cannot receive a credit or grade for their work. Retroactive
registration is not permitted. |
Pre/co-requisites

This is a required course for
all first year MSc and PhD students in Biostatistics. |
Objectives
|
It is intended to provide students with an opportunity to
learn, or have some exposure to, a variety of current
advanced statistical methods used in health sciences
research. |
Format
|
Seminars will be given by
faculty members and guest speakers. In addition, informal
presentations and group discussions led by senior PhD
students will also be arranged. |
